Referring a child you know, or enrolling your own child, into our program is safe and easy:
- Determine if your child or a child you know is eligible.
- Simply fill out the referral form below and either submit it online, or send it back to us by mail or fax,
or contact us at 412-363-6100 or e-mail biginfo@bbbspgh.org.
All information you share with us is confidential. Once your referral form is received, a member of our staff
will call you and help you find out if this is the right program for your child.
Also, while we accept referrals from teachers, grandparents, guidance counselors, neighbors and other concerned
individuals, enrollment in our program requires approval by a child's parent or legal guardian.
